g3 Rental Group is led by Owner Glenda McLemore, also Broker/Owner of g3 Realty Group which specializes in this unique 3-county area dubbed Florida's Forgotten Coast when state tourism officials left it off a promotional map in 1995. Raised in Apalachicola, Billy has a unique perspective about the forgotten coast. After graduating from the University of Florida, Billy worked in vacation rentals on St. George Island helping manage over 300 rental properties. Now with his wife Miranda and daughter Emma Grace, they make their home on the coast. Working in both the Real Estate and Resort Rental fields, he now handles the expansion and growth of g3 Rental Group, LLC. Billy looks forward to helping you find your vacation needs and help to make your real estate experience pleasant.

Born and raised in Gulf County, Michelle knows firsthand all this area has to offer-from our beautiful white sandy beaches to our local schools and churches! Leigh Anne has lived in Gulf County for over half of her life and has just received her Associate?s degree from Gulf Coast Community College. She is now working on a Bachelor?s degree in Social Work at the Panama City Campus of Florida State University. Leigh Anne has worked at the Dixie Dandy in Wewahitchka for the McLemore family while she earned her Associate?s degree and has learned what customer service truly means, so she will be willing to help you in any way she can..
